Late Cancellation Fee
We ask that you please make changes to your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Changes must be made by PHONE (during business hours) or ONLINE. If changes are made within the 24 hours you WILL be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of your booked service(s). Adjustments to your appointment must be made ONLINE or by PHONE. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We have a 5-minute grace period, arriving later results in missing your appointment & a late cancellation fee. Plan ahead for weather, kids, work, etc. We want to serve you, and thatβs why we will start your appointment on time, please grant us the same courtesy! We donβt like to rush our work.
No Show Fee
No shows will result in less approved bookings. If you NO CALL, NO SHOW your appointment you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of your service(s) booked. We show up for you. Please respect our time as well and show up for your service provider!
Check Out with Front Desk
After you receive your service(s) be sure to check out with our amazing front desk team. They can take payment and get you rescheduled. If you leave without paying we will charge the card on file for the service(s) & add 20% gratuity for your service provider. We appreciate all your support, thank you for choosing The Wax Coven!
Waxing on Your Menstrual Cycle
Bikini wax clients are absolutely able to get waxed on their menstrual cycle. Tampons are encouraged and provided. If you choose not to wax at the time of your cycle but do not cancel outside of the 24 hours, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 50%, so please book accordingly! If your cycle is unpredictable, wait until after to book. We encourage walk-ins!
Arriving Late
We will notify you by text when your service provider is ready. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, use the restroom if needed. We have a 5 minute grace period if you happen to run late, please donβt make a habit of this since we really strive to stay on schedule. If you're later than 5 minutes we will have to get you seen with another provider if one is available. If you have to reschedule due to being late you will be responsible of paying a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of your service(s). Arriving on time or early is much appreciated!
We have the Right to Refuse Service
Please be kind and respect our boundaries. We are here to serve EVERYONE, but if someone makes sexual or uncomfortable comments towards us, we have the right to refuse service. If a client has a balance on their account (unpaid Late Cancellation Fee or No Show Fee) we will refuse to service that client until the balance is paid. We take our comfort and policies seriously so we can serve you in the BEST way!
